Your Company Name
We accept a large variety of consignment furniture and home accessories from antique to modern in style, including paintings, sculpture, art, ceramics and porcelains, chandeliers and lamps, silver, handmade rugs, architectural elements, garden ornaments and more.
To submit your items for approval do one of the following:
1. email photos to consignwithmainstreet@gmail.com
2. text photos to 214-734-0299
3. simply take photos on your smart phone or camera and bring them to us
All items must be:
1. from a smoke free home
2. clean and ready to go on sales floor
3. in like new condition, no rips, stains or odors

Sales Commissions:
Commission is 50% on furniture and accessories for the first 60 days. Commission on items sold after 60 days is 60%.
Items are sold at full ticket price for 30 days. After 30 days there are 3 scheduled markdowns. A 15% discount is given at 30, 60 and 90 days.
Main Street Consignment reserves the right to reprice or mark down items before each 30 day markdown.
Items are kept for 120 days. Any unsold items must be picked up by consignor not later than 5 days of contract expiration.
Unclaimed items will be donated.
